Weed Grow Guide - taking clones and starting seeds
Starting seeds that you just bought
Starting the seeds can be done in many ways. If you are growing outdoors and are very lazy you could just throw some seeds in the dirt and water. Some decent plants should come from doing that, but if you have bought expensive seeds you want to make sure that as many as possible of the marijuana seeds sprout.
Starting up the seeds - the safe way

2: Now place the seeds on the towels and cover with more layers of paper towels - some water.
3: Put the plate in a plastic bag with some small air holes poaken in it.
4: Put in a warm place - no light is needed yet. Don't place directly in southern window because of too much heat.
5: Wait for 1-15 days - great seeds sprout in a day or two.
6: Plant the seeds in small pots with dirt or place in rockwool cube or other media.
Taking clones from a plant and make a genetical copy

Often the lowes of the branches don't give much of a bud, so this might be the one to take. I think though that the upper ones root a little faster.
When a side branch is long enough - 2" is probably the very smallest you would want to try - i do it when the branch is longer like 5" or so.
You want to cut of the branch with some sharp scissors - close to the main stem.
The place that is best at making roots is just where a leaf or shoot is attached - so we want to make a sharp cut on an angle through this.
So if you want to use the top of the side branch for making the clone you take the top - find a big leaf 2-4 inches down the stem and make the cut. You want to cut of most of the side leafs on the little clone leaving only the top and 1 leaf back. IMPOTANT! - Make the last cut under water or put in water ASAP after cutting.
